Dell Inc. offers a Consumer In-Home Service Agreement for their products. This agreement is designed to provide added peace of mind to customers and ensure that their products are serviced and repaired promptly and efficiently.

The agreement covers parts and labour for in-home repairs for the duration of the term specified in the agreement. Customers can rest assured that their products will be fixed by certified Dell technicians who will come to their homes to perform any repairs necessary.

For customers who require extended coverage and protection, this agreement is an excellent option. In addition to the in-home service, customers also have access to technical phone support by Dell experts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This service agreement is valid in the United States of America and Puerto Rico on select Dell products only. The agreement must be purchased at the same time as the product, or within 30 days of your purchase date.
